Full analysis of shallow (geohazards) and risks
Explanation:
I've found shallow risks, and shallow geohazards and risks.

Here is an article in both Spanish and English:

"Estudios de riesgos someros
Se conoce como riesgos someros a la ocurrencia, en las primeras capas del subsuelo, de una o varias de las siguientes características geológicas: bolsas de gas, hidratos, fallas cercanas a la superficie, flujos de aguas someras, sedimentos no consolidados, anomalías del fondo marino."

"Shallow risks studies
It is considered as a shallow risk the occurrence, in the first subsoil layers, of one or many of the following geological characteristics: gas pockets, hydrates, faults close to the surface, flows of shallow waters, non consolidated sediments, anomalies of the marine bottom. "

"Shallow geohazards and risks
This team investigates the shallow geohazards that affect the UK and how we can best reduce the risks to society.
We examine and monitor shallow geohazards at local, regional and national scale using a combination of field survey and remote sensing techniques and are available to respond to national emergencies."

agree  Charles Davis: This makes better sense: somero for someros. See previous question (the answer not chosen): http://www.proz.com/kudoz/english_to_spanish/petroleum_eng_s...

-> Thanks, Charles. Interesting reference, shallow hazards.

agree  philgoddard: Yes, I think you're right: I was confused by the singular.

-> Thanks, Phil, it is confusing.

neutral  bigedsenior: I would just use 'geohazard' and drop risk. Yes, there is a risk to a shallow geohazard, but there is no shallow risk. The ref you took this from is from Mex, not a good source for EN usage.

-> Fair enough, I don't claim to be an expert. The first reference was mainly for the explanation of the term, I know the English part is a translation. The second ref is from the UK, which is what I put in my answer.
