Language Request: Sicilian (scn)

Hi guys!

Looking to use CafeTran for our projects, looking to see if we can have Language Sicilian, code scn added. We're in CLDR and you should be able to import directly from there.

Since this is a frequent request, I was wondering: why not let users add language codes themselves?

If you update your CafeTran installation as described here: https://cafetran.freshdesk.com/discussions/topics/6000063403 you will have the Sicilian language in the list of project languages.
