How to reinstall Studio 2019 from scratch

Hi,
After I installed Studio 2019, I made the mistake of importing the settings from the previous version, and now I am experiencing some weird issues. I'd like to uninstall/reinstall Studio 2019 from scratch, eliminating all the settings that may have been affected.

Do I need to return the license?

Is a simple uninstall/reinstall sufficient?

Should I delete the settings files only?
