Don't worry I'll agree with you if you put rider as an answer! Or you could say modification or amendment. There's no standard terminology.

Rider It sounds like a rider to an insurance policy, but I am unable to find bilingual references to support this.

Normally ins. polcies have endorsements (not indorsements) whilst reinsurance treaties (pace Phil G.) may have riders or schedules.
Example sentence:

nsurance companies do issue CLTA variations of the CLTA 100 endorsements to an ALTA (extended coverage) owner's policy.
