National Bond for the Development of Polish Economic Strength Explanation: It is a bond - a form of a loan. The rest is some combination of Poland, strength, and development that looks good to the eye and makes idiomatic sense in English. -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 17 mins (2018-02-21 17:05:33 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- Polish state bonds https://www.numisbids.com/n.php?p=sale&sid=2136&cid=56255 ccccccccccccccccccccccc Poland Bonds and Polish Share Certificates. Reference: National Development Bond Reference information: Ktos juz to przetłumaczył, ale powinien użyć "bond" a nie "loan." Bonds are similar to loans, only instead of borrowing money from a bank or single lending source, a company instead borrows money from the public. Ja bym sugerowala Polish National Economic Development (or Growth) Bond Reference: http://blog.starepapiery.com/en/o-papierach/prl-1944-1989/na...
