Besides teaching, I have worked as a translator for private individuals and companies (Prestige Network, Haven-Israel, Translated-Italy). I specialize in the following areas: Art&Humanities, Tourism, TV/Film, Advertising, Museums, General and Literature. For the above agencies I have worked on various projects such as The London Underground for the Mayor of London, a technical project on Thessaloniki (Greece) Underground and smaller projects relating to various topics. I have also worked for Xtenfer Subtitling U.S.A. working on subtitles for documentaries ( Based on prenatal topics).
Being totally bilingual, I have had an education spanning
two countries (England and Greece) , I completed my primary education in Greece. My education was then followed by studies at the British Council in Athens geared towards the Cambridge Diploma in English Studies and a teacher - training course at the Hellenic-American Union.
