I am a freelance Korean-English interpreter who is capable of performing simultaneous/consecutive interpretation as well as translating in various fields, in both directions, with a Master's degree in interpretation and translation.

Currently, I am providing a lot of interpretation service to the Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA), a government agency with an aim of maximizing the effectiveness of Korea's grant aid programs for developing countries by implementing the government's grant aid and technical cooperation programs.

I have been interpreting for a lot of government officials from around the world through numerous training programs run by state-run agencies such as the Supreme Prosecutors' Office and the Ministry of Government Administration with a financial support from KOICA. From narcotic enforcement to ICT the management of the natural disasters, I have been covering all kinds of fields.

I also have experiences of working with international organizations or translating documents and reports released from: World Food Programme, World Health Organization, UNESCO, UNEP, OECD, International Vaccine Institute, Institut Pasteur Korea, etc.

Furthermore, I have an in-house interpreter experience at the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology where I dealt with not only education, science and technology but also many international cooperation and legal matters and board of directors meetings. I am good at assisting high-profile figures since I worked for Ministers and their counterparts including the former UK Prime Minister Gordon Brown.

Here I listed public agencies but I also had many clients from the private sector and worked for large scale of international conferences. My BA is Real Estate, so I have worked in the area of business and properties as well.
