French term
mémoire
French to English
Bus/Financial
Law (general)
A person's property has been seized and the owner has been summoned to appear in court. The summons indicates that he owes various sums under a loan agreement and his debts are summarised in a table. Whereas the amount of most of the debts is indicated, the term "mémoire" appears on its own alongside the items "frais de poursuites" and "intérets de retard". The total at the bottom of the table is labelled "Total général outre mémoire". I have searched through the many possible answers given for this term in other contexts but none of them seem to fit this specific context.

French term (edited):
outre mémoire
unitemised
mémoire = bill, statement, account (Collins FR-EN business dico.)
Using a bit of lateral thinking. this could mean the total not already itemised under "frais de poursuites" and "intérets de retard".

Note from asker:
Thanks to everyone for taking the time to look at this. Having added the figures together, I can confirm Michael's point that the two items at issue are not included in the total. |

Michael Lotz
: "frais de poursuites"&"intérets de retard" are not merely unitemized but rather are not included in the total. The category is put down for the record without a specific claim attached at the time of the writing. Itemisation is not the issue.

(outre) mémoire
(excluding) item/s flagged
It seems to mean: NB below pro memoria. Unlikely to be used in a technical sense.
Outre: exluding the items flagged up.
Outre: exluding the items flagged up.
Example sentence:
Nota bene is an Italian and Latin phrase meaning "note well". The phrase first appeared in writing circa 1721. Often abbreviated as "N.B."
