This appears in a contract! Just like that, as a heading....I've never seen it this way, anyone know teh English equivalent for this in this context? Its for a purchase/order for construction and /or supplies for a power plant, thanks

It is quite common in Spanish contracts to start with a "Preliminary" clause, or even a clause 0, which one sees from time to time.
