client engagement 与 customer engagement 的意思一样，均为“客户互动”。Customer engagement (CE) is the engagement of customers with one another, with a company or a brand. The initiative for engagement can be either consumer- or company-led and the medium of engagement can be on or offline. 即 customer engagement 是客户与客户、客户与公司或客户与品牌之间的互动，互动可由客户发起，也可由公司发起，互动可以在线上完成，也可以在线下完成。

与"engagement" 相反的是"disconnect"(隔绝）, 我认为用“参与”翻译“engagement”比较好，仅供参考。

保护客户关于价格方面的信息是对客户承诺的一部分，也就是说要为客户的价格信息保密吧。

据我所知，这个短语很少被翻译准确过。我做了一些研究，尝试给予以下解答。
