load securing in road haulage
Für alle Fahrzeugaufbauten sind entsprechende Hecksicherungsverfahren notwendig.
As in my last question, I cannot find this term on the net except in relation to security measures for the tail gates of road vehicles. It must refer to a method for securing the load in a lorry.

must be secured at the rear
This may need tweaking depending on your context, but Heck means the back of a vehicle.

For (all types of) vehicle bodies, the relevant tailgate securing procedures are necessary;

: it's not the tailgate that's secured but the cargo at the back of the vehicle// So how is the tailgate then opened? They're referring to the Heck, not the Heckklappe.

Discussion

There's your "-verfahren" in there as well. I suppose that's what you were looking for (also refers to "lashing," as asked for in your other query).
