то там тоже имеется сабж (lantern).
По чертежам видно, что это такая промежуточная закрытая камера.
Не знаю, как в перемешивающих устройствах, но в компрессорах подобные камеры называют фонари или (в новейших ГОСТах) дистанционные распорки
