确实，这个off不是“离”，而是“依靠依赖”之意，更像是“地基攻击”。
但“离地攻击”分明太过离谱，哪怕是大多数人的现成译法。

搜了一下，离地攻击看起来是已经普遍接受的译法，自己再琢磨一个恐怕不大合适。假设没有普遍译法的话，其实这更像是“本土/本地攻击”，因为不借助外来文件(fileless) :o)

A Living off the Land (LotL) attack describes a cyberattack in which intruders use legitimate software and functions available in the system to perform malicious actions on it.

Living off the land means surviving on what you can forage, hunt, or grow in nature. LotL cyberattack operators forage on target systems for tools, such as operating system components or installed software, they can use to achieve their goals.
