The Banking Relationship Manager, upon Processing the Loan Request and approval of loan processing documents, E-mails the Draft Memorandum of Facility Offer Loan Agreement, which consists of details such as Interest and Admin Charges, utilisation and commitment charges, and Terms and Conditions of Loans. The Group Treasury Manager and Finance Manager, upon receipt of Loan Agreement, verifies the same and forwards it to the GCFO, COO, and CEO for review and approval.
