The is the term Messrs. Lawrence Fuller, Jur.D., Univ. of Michigan, and Henry Fisher, MA, Standford Univ. have used in their translation of the Code of Criminal Procedure, in "Laws of the Republic of China" Series I, edited by Raymond Chu, et al., published 1961 by Council for U.S. Aid, Taipei, Taiwan. A ruling is a decision of the court or a prosecutor.
