English to German Law/Patents Certificates, Diplomas, Licenses, CVs Scheidungsurteil

In einem mir vorgelegten Scheidungsurteil aus den USA heißt es:

"... and the parties herein shall hereafter at any time and from time to time as required, execute, acknowledge, and deliver any and all documents that may be necessary or proper to carry out the purposes of said Agreement and ***establish of record*** the sole and separate ownership of the several properties of said parties in the manner therein agreed and provided."

Ich wäre dankbar für einen brauchbaren Vorschlag.
