How to tell the difference between "easy" and "pro" questions:

A pro question is anything else... in other words, any question that requires knowledge or skills that are specialized (even slightly).
Another way to think of the difficulty levels is this: an easy question is one that deals with everyday conversation. A pro question is anything else.
When deciding between easy and pro, err on the side of pro. Most questions will be pro.
* Note: non-member askers are not given the option of entering 'pro' questions; the only way for their questions to be classified as 'pro' is for a ProZ.com member or members to re-classify it.

Primary Jurisdiction bezieht sich auf Gerichte (bzw. Gemeinden, Pfarrbezirke), die primär für die Verwahrung personenbezogener Urkunden zuständig sind und an die man sich bei Nachforschungen wenden kann.
Secondary Jurisdiction haben dann Gerichte oder Gemeinden, die nur in zweiter Linie, also sekundär zuständig sind.
Scheint ein britischer Begriff zu sein.

Wie formuliert man das aber, wenn es um ein Suchkriterium in einer Online-Suchdatenbank geht - "Secondary jurisdiction"? Beim Begriff "Sekundäre Zuständigkeit" ist mir zwar klar, worum es ungefähr geht, doch ist es das auch für Nutzer des Online-Suchportals? Was würde man unter dem Suchbegriff "Sekundäre Zuständigkeit" eingeben?
Ich denke noch immer, dass es sich auch um den "Zweitwohnsitz" handeln könnte - was meint Ihr?

thank You for the very helpful answer. I got another idea, that maybe it could be "Zweitwohnsitz", though there's another term for that, which is "Secondary residence". But would it make sence it this context ?
