"Commissioned sales & service representative agreement" - nu stiu daca se refera la reprezentant de vanzari pe baza de comision, sau reprezentant de vanzari autorizat ( pentru ca in contract se specifica faptul ca primeste comision din vanzari, dar si faptul ca exista o companie care numeste un Reprezentant ce va vinde in numele ei)
