- Licensor warrants and represents that Licensor is free to enter into this agreement and that all rights and materials furnished to Licensee within this agreement are original and do not infringe upon the rights of others and that Licensor will keep Licensee harmless and free from any possible claims and damages of third parties on behalf of any infringement of their rights concerning the contractual material
- Licensee must supply frequent updates of Sales, Press and Chart information after release of Master
- The advance is including all (re) mixes, video and studio costs if any
