A pro question is anything else... in other words, any question that requires knowledge or skills that are specialized (even slightly).
Another way to think of the difficulty levels is this: an easy question is one that deals with everyday conversation. A pro question is anything else.
When deciding between easy and pro, err on the side of pro. Most questions will be pro.
* Note: non-member askers are not given the option of entering 'pro' questions; the only way for their questions to be classified as 'pro' is for a ProZ.com member or members to re-classify it.

Notiunea de ordin de plata irevocabil exista, ca atare, insa cea de ordin de cumparare irevocabil apare mai rar ...
In engleza i se mai spune si "irrevocable purchase order" deoarece numai institutii calificate financiar pot emite asemenea odine de cumparare, care nu necesita verificarea solvabilitatii emitatorului. Corporatiile, fiind in general asigurate financiar, emit "irrevocable POs", de unde si preluarea termenului "coroporate" ca, in aceasta situatie, echivalentul lui "irrevocable".

Make sure your customers provide a CorporatePurchase Order / Irrevocable Letter of Intent or they have an account with the company. The Corporate PO and the Letter of Intent confirm the customer's commitment to purchase equipment and additional services (start-up, warranties) from the supplier, and is irrevocable, in other words, it cannot be revoked (cancelled) by the customer. The general PO form includes for the equipment schedule, options, accessories, and EDTs.
