Contractor’s degradation guarantee is based on Post-Outage Output and Post-Outage Heat Rate for the steam turbine Covered Unit following steam turbine Major Inspection Covered Maintenance events, relative to the Pre-Outage Heat Rate and Pre-Outage Output
(collectively the “Relative Performance Test”).
