English to Romanian Bus/Financial Law: Contract(s)

The Consultant shall take all appropriate and reasonable steps to eliminate or minimise any such tax, including without limitation registration of this Contract pursuant to any bilateral agreement concerning exemption from taxation of aid funding between the government of the Donor and the Country of Assignment or any double taxation treaty between the governments of the Country of Assignment and the Consultant's country.
