But it's a real attitude. In the Strategy of Preeminence there's a part that says that most peo-ple ask themselves, "What did you do or say to get the business?" And it's the wrong question.Howmuch focus, how much value, how much contribution did you have to make from your heart?That probably sounds more than a bit "airy fairy" and "New Age-ey," and it's not meant to be. But itprobably is to some degree, but it really is essential here.
