| Ce am inteles eu despre 'leasehold': In Regatul Unit, este un mod de detinere al unei proprietati. Majoritatea apartamentelor la bloc (dar si unele case) nu pot fi cumparate in sensul in care il intelegem noi (adica freehold – e al tau si al urmasilor tai pentru totdeauna). La ‘leasehold’ 1. apartamentul se cumpara pentru o perioada foarte lunga de timp, de obicei 100 de ani ( nu indefinit) 2. pamantul pe care sta proprietatea (blocul cu mai multe apartamente) nu apartine cumparatorului, si pentru acesta trebuie platita o chirie; 3. toate serviciile (iluminatul, gradinaritul in jurul blocului, spalatul geamurilor la exterior, curatenia pe scara etc) se platesc unei agentii care deseori isi impune preturile; 4. apartamentul revine statului (sau cui l-a construit) dupa cei 100 de ani. Deci, in mare, cumparatorul plateste anticipat chiria pe 100 de ani in momentul in care ‘achizitioneaza’ apartamentul respectiv. Cred ca raspunsul tau e cel mai aproape, dar tot ma obliga la lungi explicatii... |
