no llego a entender qué es "back ended" en esta frase (está hablando de "Target setting", en una empresa):
"Reduce Operative Planning process timescales by starting later (aligning the current disparate start dates amongst the divisions), mitigate the number of back ended Operative Planning iterations and free up finance business added value."
