The redesign of certain functions have been included in the following activities:

Job profiles have been revised and adapted in coordination with members of the Program team, the Human Resources Department and the immediate staff supervisors, who reviewed the recommendation and proposed that core functions of the field monitors be integrated [into the program] following all key project activities.

These changes are in the process of being approved by the project director and deputy director and the Human Resources Department.

Following such approval, two support meetings will be held, in which the team will be provided with support in introducing any significant changes in terms of roles, responsibilities and finalized job descriptions, including performance based staff evaluation and job development.
