Context:

The 1st level of Technical Support would come from the local in-country Support team and the network of contractors available within the country.
Our Level 1 support facilities have the skill, ability and resources available to contain, investigate, identify any root cause and implement corrective solutions both on long and short-term arrangement. These actions are undertaken in a manner, which minimizes compromising the telecommunications network’s integrity

Additional support services provided at the local in-country facilities are:
· Access to warranty and advance replacement product and spare parts.
· Access to trained expert Tech Support engineer to address to solution, any technical issue associated to the DC product.
· The local support team also has the ability to undertake detailed site investigations if required.
· On-site repairs services
· On Site-Maintenance
· Advise on system design.
· Provide Commissioning service. Undertake new DC system start-up and set up.
· Provide Installation service and assistance.
· Provide technical training.
· We offer a 24 x 7 service and help line facility.
