Until the days of Esperanto in ascendancy, however, attempts must be made if we are to keep on the road back to Babel; but Esperanto always brings to mind that wry definition of the camel: a horse put together by a committee. The courses I have taught in the making of translations have shown the greatest deficiences to be in the student's own language, the one in which he is writing.

Disculpa: en lugar de "montado" (que da lugar a otra interpretación") debí haber puesto "armado", "concebido", o algo por el estilo.
