English term

hold free and harmless from any....

English to Spanish Other Other
I (We) agree to hold free and harmless from any claims, suits for damages, or complications which may result from such treatment.

Should I mentiond who this party is holding free and harmless within this sentence even though it is not mentioned in the sentence?
This is what I translated it to:

Am I off base or should I be looking to word it some completely different way?
