Context: A real pain to deal with. Now don't get me wrong. She's a genius in many areas. But she's also a real cunt.
This is a fast dialog between two young people for a short video script. I am looking for a term for Latin America (not Spain).

zorra
To translate the real meaning of this term in context, the most appropiated option, to my mind, is "zorra" or "guarra". I have just read in some websites the dictionary translation for "cunt" in Latin America is "concha", but it does not make sense.

rompepelotas
Una opción (se utiliza en Argentina y Uruguay).

perra
"Cunt", as far as I know, could be swapped for the term "bitch", also offensive. It's a derogatory term for a woman who is difficult to deal with or who has a temper. I would use "perra" to get the meaning across in Spanish.

perra
This is very common in Mexico and other LA countries, for a woman with an unpleasant presence. I don't think that you need to stick with the sexual innuendo in this translation of a casual personality evaluation in a running sentence, but it's important to keep it very colloquial.
Another option for wording, at the least. Best of luck.

: In many LA countries, cabróna is a woman whose husband is cheating on her.

conchuda
En el contexto de latinoamérica me parece que conchuda es mejor que *perra* o *zorra*. Cuando se dice *cunt* realmente se quiere ofender a la otra parte. *Cabrona* es muy ibérico. *Hija de puta* es una opción pero por la connotación sexual de *cunt* me parece que *conchuda* queda mejor. Al menos en Argentina, conchuda se usa para alguien que es hija de puta, cabrona, zorra, y todo eso junto. Y es despectivo.
