PURPOSE:

The purpose of this Prepaid Performance Standard is to measure the availability of the TSYS Prepaid Authorisations System (Authorization processing switch).

HOURS OF AVAILABILITY:
The System will be available 24 hours a day seven days a week with 1440 daily minutes available.
STANDARD:

Allowable Outage of 1.44 minutes (99.9%) per Measurement Period

SAMPLE SIZE:

Total minutes available; See attached: Hours of Availability, Appendix 1.1440 per day
