OK, the way I see it, one issue here is to provide "accuracy" and another is to aid in the communication process.

So while we may get away with saying that B2B is "accepted" we have to give some thought to where/by whom it is accepted, and who the actual audience for this document is.

During my time as a reporter for a very specialized financial outlet, I was often frustrated by editors who insisted I go light on industry jargon, or demanded I follow said jargon with lengthy (at the time, to me "nerdy") explanations of the jargon I used. But slowly, after reading the final published copy, and interacting with thousands of business people, I came to understand that a) people's exposure to new coinage varies dramatically even within the same business environment, and b) the communication "power" of terms that we have used all our lives, and thus are natural to us, is vastly superior to new terms that may seem more "sexy" because of their novelty and because they come from the English language.

All this to say that we as translators are waaaay more exposed to certain terminology than the average reader, and thus may find it more natural than it actually is, sometimes overlooking the end consumer of our copy.

If this were my translation, I would either not use B2B, or use it woven into a phrase that describes the concept in Spanish.
