This is in a sub-subsection of a higher subsection entitled: "Cession des droits de reproduction et de représentation sur les Œuvres et la Typographie". The title of this paragraph is:
"(ii) Définition des droits cédés en vue d’une telle exploitation "
All I can think of is "(ii) Definition of rights granted for the purposes of such use(age)" but it sounds a bit awkward as a title - or would it be more or less correct? It is the use of "such" that sounds odd in a title to me.

Mr Toogood, it is you who does not understand. This is about usage of reproduced images of works of art - photos, slides, images on the internet, etc. for promotional purposes. Suggest you do your research before disagreeing.
