In the context of an outdoor sculpture: "un rapport sur l'état sanitaire est commandé"
I would have translated as "condition report" but there is a separate reference for this.
Any ideas?
Thanks!

physical health
I found references which talk about condition reports showing the physical health of a piece of art.

Comment: "Thank you for all the interesting and helpful contributions. The
Monuments Historiques glossary referenced in the discussions gives "condition survey" as a translation. However, I felt this was too similar to "condition report" and so opted for "survey of the physical condition of the work". I added a note to the file and will update if the client provides feedback after their holidays. Thank you again."

state of health
This is the literal translation, and a metaphor used in both French and English. However, 'state of repair' may be preferred.

It looks like it's a condition survey.
