General question: I am aware that we translates "statuts" as "Memorandum and Articles of Association" for a company. However, what do we say when this concerns "les statuts" of "une association" (1901)?

On spelling: bylaws (50 million ghits) versus by-laws (21 million ghits).
both occur, with some dictionaries favoring one or the other.
It seems bylaws is favored by current usage, without the hyphen..
So, BYLAWS....
