There is an abbreviation towards the end of the birth certificate I am translating which I am not sure about and this is the context:
"Dressé le ... janvier 19.. ... sur la declaration du père qui lecture faite et invité à lire l'acte a signé avec Nous ... Agent Municipal Officier de l'Etat Civil par delegation. PM - - " After this two signatures appear.
Could the "PM" here mean "premier something"? I have also found that PM may stand for "première-main" but I am not sure if first-hand fits with this context. Any help would be very much appreciated!

So if it appears at the end of the body text of the document, could it just be an internal reference for the use of the register office (and therefore be left untranslated)?
