French term

Entreprise utilisatrice

French to English Tech/Engineering Construction / Civil Engineering Health and Safety
Has anyone come across a standard English translation of EE (Entreprise Exterieur)/EI (Entreprise Intervenant) (outside contractors) and the above Entreprise Utilisatrice? I can find plenty of references to the French and it is fairly obvious what they are but I would be surprised if there wasn't already an English equivalent since they appear on prevention plans etc.

This has apparently already been discussed on Proz (see link below) for this term, at least.
