This is a proposal from a food services company about setting up a fast food restaurant for a large organization. Does this mean that it's easy for customers to find their way around? Thanks, Karen

Selected
a clearly identified way for the consumer
so it's easy for the consumer to find their way to the food
it's amazing how in some buildings-shopping centers, one has to walk around for what seems like hours before finding the food court - as if they didn't want you to find it ;-( ??

Comment: "That's what I thought but I wasn't 100% sure. I decided to say "Customers can easily find their way around" because it fits with the other headings and it's immediately understandable. "Itinerary" is a good idea, too. Thanks very much, Karen"

: on second thoughts, I think you're right! Perhaps "channel" could be used instead of "itinerary".

: or "route". In poorly designed staff restaurants, you get people milling around, losing time, crashing into each other and spilling their trays, not lining up for hot-food service other than in groups of several hundred, etc.
