As for the combined term, sorry, this is out of my field...
I assume what it must mean is that the way the boiler is made is by various tubes that get heated coming out and all joining together into a common manifold.

I admit, though, that I don't know what "assemblage par collecteurs hydrauliques" refers to. Although I did find some sites on "water collector assembly"
