From a document relating to recycling of waste meat products.
It is referring to something similar to a U-bend cleaning machine:

So "coude" is "elbow" which is synonymous with "bend" in this case. There are U-bend and T-bend machines, but a "bend machine"? It doesn't seem right.

: Was going to say the same as Chris! I'd plump for "elbow cleaning" (an elbow is a particular type of bend), though too much of it can send a person round the bend.

Margaret, this is from a spreadsheet with isolated and often unrelated cells, so it is hard to give a lot of context. However, I do think I gave a reasonable amount of context for this question.
