I don't think it means a special room at all
if you read the list, all they are doing is making a distinction between the 'eating' part and the 'bowling' part.
So they offer a package that includes a reserved area away from the playing zone with a series of snacks etc. and then the hire of shoes, etc. for the actual bowling

: "lounge area" is mentioned in lots of bowling alley websites. I would go with that.

: "Lounge area" sounds fine to me. Often bowling alleys will have a seated area away from the bowling area, which looks like any regular bar or nighclub.

+8 Kids Admissions
- $8/additional child for CCC Members
- $10/additional child for Non-Members
+Unlimited time in the pool and/or gym during the open swim/open gym hours
