on a stalk

As we seem to be struggling a bit with this one, I'll throw my idea into the mix and see if it means anything to anyone.
Given your subject heading (mobiliers de présentation), I presume that these "bornes" are the types of units that one sees set up in games stores to entice kids ;-)
As the PSP ones are "non jouables", I suspect that they are neither handled, nor "on plugs". I imagine that they are installed on a floor or wall-mounted stalk.

However, confidence level 1 means that I am guessing.

Actually, I think you really ought to ask the customer what is meant here.

From research, "broche" also refers to those metal spikes or bars from which packages are suspended. This is a possibility if the console is sold in a blister pack which would of course render it "non jouable" at the store.

agree jaynedmoore : I think you are right actually - how about 'wall-mounted'

Thanks, Jayne. I think the asker needs to ask her customer, although I've had another idea....

But I think this just means that it is portable

rather 'handheld' - these websites refer to portable handheld games

It could conceivably refer to something you can plug into the main electrical socket but you can do this with all of them. I have often seen 'broche' refer to something the size of a computer memory stick
Note from asker:
Thank you Jaynedmoore. But portable is already included in PSP. Is this possible?
