French term
valorisation des efforts
French to English
Bus/Financial
Human Resources
employee survey
I'm confused about the difference between "reconnaissance des efforts" (which employees are satisfied with) and "valorisation des efforts personnels" (which they're not satisfied with). Is "non-valorisation des efforts personnels" a euphemistic way of saying they don't get the raises they feel they deserve for their achievements? Thanks, Karen

benefits/rewards for efforts
Their efforts are recognised (congratulatory e-mail from line manager, name mentioned at staff meeting, etc.), but not rewarded (promotion, pay rise, new chair, ...).

valorisation and reconnaissance usually go together
my guess would be that it is too subjective
and are they unhappy with valorisation or non-valorisation?
being discontent with non-valorisation is an easy one to understand: similar to non-reconnaisance

2 separate points here:
1) 60%-probably from a (written) poll
2) verbatims - different answers which cannot be(were not)numerically evaluated
it is normal that verbal comments may differ from written forms because forms are usually multiple choice questions while oral interview questions are usually open ended. This is why both types of comments are requested.
