French auto maker sending out a press release about IS solutions in its Iranian subsidiary. Sounds like a neologism to me...?

"Nous travaillons avec le groupe X et Y pour communaliser cette plate-forme d’échange au niveau de chacun des groupes et pour couvrir les besoins logistique, fabrication, vente et après vente."

Rather an archaism, in fact. Never seen it used in this context, though.

Litterally, it means to "make common", i.e. to transfer the ownership of sth. to several joint owners.

In this context, my guess is that it just means to share this resource between various entities...
