Hello,
*de légitimité* (conforming to acknowledged standards) needs to be translated. Why not? I don't see the need to eliminate. Really, I don't.
In IT, "area of concentration" seems to be used a lot.
I'd reckon that "specialty field" and "specialization" could both work as well.
I'd prefer "area of concentration" as you don't want to repeatedly use the words "speciality" and "specialization."
