This is a conversation between two people who work at a newpaper together. The guy is sweet on the woman, but she doesn't take him all that seriously, or so it seems on the surface. They're always joking around.

Contexte:

"À tout prendre, je préfère t'imaginer entre les bras d'un journaliste," chuchota Benoît.

"Il faudrait qu'il soit au moins grand reporter."

"Je n'ai décidément aucune chance," se désol-t-il.

"À moins de passer aux pages 'Étranger' aucune!"

Does this mean "unless you move on to the international desk?"
