French to English Bus/Financial Law: Taxation & Customs Income tax statement
"Je déclare sur l'honneur que le présent avis, établi à ma délcaration, tient compte de tous mes revenus imposables en France ou à retenir pour l'application du taux effectif et de ma situation de famille pour l'année 2008."

Its the syntax that's stumping me somewhat. This clause appears at the bottom of the tax form where it is to be signed and dated.
