French term

La commande coup à coup est connectée à la machine

Not for points French to English Tech/Engineering Mechanics / Mech Engineering Cartoning machines
This is a operator user guide for a cartoning machine, and at the end it lists all the type of fault messages that may appear on the operator's control panel. The only other reference to "la comande coup à coup" is the following sentence: Déconnecter la commande coup à coup.

French term (edited): commande coup à coup
Selected

step-by-step control [unit, etc.]

Or 'single-shot' — at any rate, this is the idea of 'coup à coup' — instead of the machine running continuously, it can be made to run one 'thing' (stroke, rotation, etc.) at a time.
