Olga\'s suggestion \"postoperative day 1\" is good, but \"tubes\" is too non-specific and there is probably only one since the French is singular (possibly, drainage tube). Also English speakers don\'t use \"ablation\" in this context.

L'ablation de redon est prévue dans les actes du rôle prescrit à l'article 6 du décret du 11 février 2002 : "Ablation des dispositifs d'immobilisation et de contention ; renouvellement et ablation des pansements médicamenteux, des systèmes de tamponnement et de drainage, à l'exception des drains pleuraux et médiastinaux."
