It's for software used to track dental records of patients.

A droite de votre écran, vous disposez d'un menu arborescent vous permettant par un clic de saisir un acte de bilan. La partie haute de votre écran représente un tableau sur lequel viendront s'inscrire les actes de bilan au fur et à mesure de leurs saisies.

No idea what an "acte de bilan" is, other than that. For example, an "acte de bilan", if it is something that goes on dental records, might be the crowning of a tooth, a root canal job, or a filling, but not a a simple checkup, an X-ray or a clean and polish. Who knows?

Looking at some examples on the Web, to me at least it appears to be simply the "medical" way of saying what in other more "technical" professions might be called an "intervention".

Subsequent to DrManu's response, if anything suggests there is room for recording "uncoded work", then I'd go for "coded/classified".
